About this Event
Hello! If you've found your way to this event, welcome 🌸 Navigating infertility can be incredibly lonely, and the grief can often feel immense and un-ending. It takes so much courage to make it through each day, and we deserve a gentle place to set down the heartbreak, be witnessed in community, and have the opportunity to tend to ourselves and our pain. Expressive Arts Therapy requires no 'skill'; instead, it invites participants to show up as they are and to have a space where that grief and pain can be witnessed, shifted + transformed.
This workshop is for anyone navigating infertility in any stage and is 2SLGBTQAI+ inclusive.
It will include art making, creative writing, a community collage and a gentle ritual for self compassion.
Mya Wollf is a Master's level Expressive Arts Therapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, and has been navigating infertility for the past 6 years.
She has over 20 years in Mental Health + other healing modalities including Herbalism + Ancestral Lineage healing, and is passionate about supporting folks of all neurotypes, gender expressions, cultural backgrounds and abilities in an anti-oppressive, intersectional and compassionate framework.
