About this Event
Journey to Healing, Inc., in partnership with Motor City Doula Association, presents Expressing Me, a FREE therapeutic and support program for mothers navigating the journey of pregnancy, loss, or postpartum.
This program offers compassionate clinical therapy, birth doula support, and practical resources in a virtual, home-based, or in-person format—designed to meet moms where they are.
Who Should Attend:
- Pregnant women
- Mothers who have experienced a miscarriage
- Postpartum mothers (up to 2 years)
You Will Receive:
- 🧠 Individual Therapist (12 sessions – virtual or in-person)
- 🍼 Baby Supplies & Birth Education
- 🤱 Birthing & Perinatal Classes
- 💬 Clinical Mental Health Support
- 🏡 Home-Based Doula Support (6 sessions)
- ❤️ Postpartum Care & Support
Program Highlights:
- No income restrictions – open to all Michigan families
- Perinatal, Postpartum, and Death Doula support available
- Licensed mental health professionals
- NEW: Psychiatric services now available
- Flexible delivery: Choose virtual, home base, or in-person sessions
