Expressing Me: Advancing Healthy Births – FREE Doula & Therapy Support

Journey to Healing, Inc., in partnership with Motor City Doula Association, presents Expressing Me, a FREE therapeutic and support program for mothers navigating the journey of pregnancy, loss, or postpartum.

This program offers compassionate clinical therapy, birth doula support, and practical resources in a virtual, home-based, or in-person format—designed to meet moms where they are.
Who Should Attend:

• Pregnant women
• Mothers who have experienced a miscarriage
• Postpartum mothers (up to 2 years)

• 🧠 Individual Therapist (12 sessions – virtual or in-person)
• 🍼 Baby Supplies & Birth Education
• 🤱 Birthing & Perinatal Classes
• 💬 Clinical Mental Health Support
• 🏡 Home-Based Doula Support (6 sessions)
• ❤️ Postpartum Care & Support

• No income restrictions – open to all Michigan families
• Perinatal, Postpartum, and Death Doula support available
• Licensed mental health professionals
• NEW: Psychiatric services now available
• Flexible delivery: Choose virtual, home base, or in-person sessions
