Join the Winters Express Editor-in-Chief and local officials at the monthly meet-and-greet. Learn more about the Winters city manager, superintendent and other local leaders who may join us. Ask questions about their role, about local issues, or about them in general.
The goal is to connect community members and local leaders in a casual space – over a cup of coffee or tea – so they can build relationships and ask or answer questions.
The Express Coffeehouse Chats are hosted on the third Friday of every month starting at 8:00 a.m. at Steady Eddy's Coffee House.
