Join us for a winter day retreat designed to support creative expression, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect β through art, nourishment, and sound.
Your Experience
We begin the day with a gentle opening meditation and introduction circle to arrive, ground, and connect as a group. Sharing ceremonial Cacao to help you arrive soften and settle into the space with an open heart.
From there, we move into a collaborative mixed media art experience.
Together, we will co-create a large-scale floral artwork on a long sheet of paper covering the table. With paint, markers, pencils, and inks, this becomes a playful, intuitive, shared creative process.
Light snacks will be available as we create, keeping the space relaxed and informal.
We then pause to share a nourishing plant based meal, designed to replenish your body and support your overall wellbeing, gathered around the same creative space, with the artwork still present as part of the environment.
The afternoon then softens into stillness as you are guided into a deeply restorative sound bath, supporting your nervous system to settle and integrate the day.
It is a deeply immersive sound experience using instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes to guide the body into a meditative state.
The vibrations work on a subtle level to soothe the nervous system, support emotional release, and promote a sense of inner harmony and stillness.
We close with a gentle sharing circle and closing meditation.
What to bring
Yoga mat (for sound bath), blanket, cushion, water bottle and cup for Cacao.

Adelien de Wet
Adelien is an intuitive artist and space holder dedicated to guiding women into creative expression, inner truth, and nervous system awareness.
She creates guided experiences that weave together art, meditation, and embodied creative practice β supporting women to move beyond self-silencing and into authentic expression.
Her work invites a return to creativity as a healing and regulating force, where expression becomes both release and remembrance.
Saskia Davies
Saskia is a highly experienced health coach, yoga teacher, and body therapist with over 25 years in the field of health and wellbeing.
Her work is grounded in supporting the bodyβs natural intelligence to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and return to ease.
She brings a deep understanding of physical and emotional well-being into all her offerings, creating spaces that feel safe, supported, and nourishing.
