The Expose Dementia Conference 2026 - "Spring into Brain Health with the Arts" - is a 2.5-day conference at the Maritime Conference Center filled with arts and media-focused activities, resources and speakers to educate on the impact of dementia and how we can improve the quality of life for those living with dementia and those caring for individuals with dementia. Focused on lifestyle changes that lead to better brain health, conference highlights include:
