Join Vanessa from Unveiled Expanse for Exploring the Sun Salutation Yoga Workshop. The intent of this class is to provide personalized instruction for the Sun Salutation poses, assistance in finding proper alignment, and opportunity for curiously exploring the feel of each pose and how to modify. There will be opportunities for asking questions. This is great for anyone who wishes to better understand the Sun Salutation poses.
Yoga mats will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own.
