Yang Family Silk Reeling Qi Gong ((Nei Gong, Jin Li Dian, Chan Si Jin)
Traditional Form (13 Energies, Song, Jin Qi Shen)
Posture testing and applications
Push Hands
Damon is the formal BaiShi (indoor disciple) of Fu Sheng Yuan, great grandson of Yang Jian Hou. He trained extensively with Fu Sheng Yuan for 26 years and received the final secret family teachings from the great master before he passed in 2017, the same as Fu Sheng Yuan’s father, Fu Zhong Wen, did with the famous Yang Cheng Fu in 1936.
Damon’s work is very traditional, and he is a clear, precise and patient teacher with a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the art.
Join us for an exciting day of exploring Form and Function in Taijiquan (Tai Chi). We will examine and look to optimise your posture, structure and understand the body mechanics of the traditional movements from the original perspective of a functional application.
