Exploring Spanish Tapas - Cooking Class

Take a tasty adventure with us, and learn to make Spanish Tapas classics, like Ajo Blanco, Tortilla Espanola, and Gambas al Ajillo.

Get ready to stamp your Palate Passport with a taste bud trip. In hands-on cooking class, you'll learn all about the staple ingredients to stock your Spanish pantry and explore regional favorites as you prepare delicious and shareable recipes that will transport you directly to Spain without even having to leave your kitchen.

On the menu: White Gazpacho (Ajo Blanco), Tortilla Espagnola with Romesco Sauce, Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, and Apple Cider Glazed Spanish Chorizo.

PLAYTE Kitchen in-person cooking classes are approximately 3 hours in length (2 hours in the kitchen and an hour to enjoy the food you’ve prepared. All guests will be provided kitchen towels, aprons, a class recipe packet to take home, and plenty of foodie fun along the way. A confirmation email will be sent upon ticket purchase will all the info you’ll need to know prior to arriving for your class.
