Exploring Sound: A Full-Day Immersive WorkshopSpend a day immersed in the world of sound, vibration, and deep listening.
This experiential workshop is designed for anyone who feels drawn to explore sound in a deeper way—whether for personal practice, meditation, relaxation, or simple curiosity about the power of sound.
Throughout the day, we will explore how sound can quiet the mind, shift energy, and create profound states of relaxation and awareness. You will experience sound both as a listener and a participant, with time to play and explore a variety of instruments in a relaxed and supportive environment.
The day will begin with a guided sound bath, allowing you to settle into the space and experience how sound moves through the body.
From there we will move through a series of explorations including:
✔ The history and cultural traditions of sound practices
✔ Deep listening and developing awareness of sound
✔ Hands-on exploration with sound instruments
✔ Playing with sound individually and in small groups
✔ Experiencing how layers of sound interact
No musical experience is required. This workshop is about exploration, curiosity, and personal experience with sound—not performance.
This is a small-group immersive workshop designed to allow plenty of space for personal exploration and hands-on experience.
