Exploring Grief
Exploring Grief is a space for adults navigating loss of any kind who are seeking connection, reflection, and meaningful ways to engage with their grief.
Together, we will explore the many facets of grief through a variety of pathways including:
• Guided conversation and shared reflection
• Poetry and reading
• Writing and personal expression
• Art and creative exploration
• Music and mindful listening
• Mindfulness and grounding practices
• Community, connection and compassionate witnessing
This group is centered on the understanding that grief is not something to “fix” or move beyond on a schedule. Instead, it is something to gently explore, tend to, and learn to carry in ways that honor both our loss and our ongoing lives.
No artistic or writing experience is needed — only a willingness to come as you are.
Open to any adult experiencing loss of any kind
Loss may include the death of a loved one, relationship changes, life transitions, illness, identity shifts, or other experiences of absence and change.
Second Tuesdays of the month beginning June 9.
