Spring trout releases are a great time to harvest fresh fish for the dinner table. Anglers interesting learning how to process and cook rainbow trout can attend a free class provided by the Division of Wildlife on March 30th from 6pm to 8pm. Attendees will receive hands on filleting instructions. Followed by cooking demonstrations, with the opportunity to sample trout recipes from the Wild Ohio Harvest Cookbook.
The class is limited on space, so registration is required.
