Join the Ohio Division of Wildlife to learn how to field dress and butcher their own white-tailed deer! Course will be held at Spring Valley Education Center from 3:00pm till 6:00pm.
Instructors will cover field dressing, skinning, butchering, and more. Please dress accordingly as this workshop is indoors, outdoors, and hands on. All equipment will be provided and participants are asked to not bring personal equipment or venison.
This course is free, but registration is required as seating is limited. Attendees should meet at the Spring Valley Education Center. If you have questions, concerns, or allergies, please contact Jordan Johnson at [email protected] or 614-204-5856.
