Exploring Buddhism Classes in Nepeanwith Buddhist Teacher Sandra Romaniuk
Once-a-month on Sunday afternoons, Feb 1, March 1, April 5, May 10 and June 7, from 1:00 to 2:15pm
at the Nepean Centrepointe Public Library,
101 Centrepointe Drive
In these meditation classes, you will learn the foundations of Buddhist philosophy and meditation practice, which can help us maintain a positive perspective on life and approach everyday challenges with greater clarity and calm. These teachings are based on the book “How to Transform Your Life” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
The classes offer step-by-step guidance on the Buddhist path to inner peace in a way that is accessible and practical for everyone, regardless of background or experience.
Each class includes two guided meditations and a practical talk.
These are drop-in classes, so you can attend any or all of them.
No experience of meditation is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
Cost: 15.00 per class, or 65.00 for the 5-class series.
You can book online or register in person at the door.
