Join us for an awesome in-person training session focused on kidney transplant and living donation. This educational program is designed for nephrology nurses, administrators, social workers, dietitians, technicians, and other renal health care professionals who:

  • Provide kidney transplant education to patients
  • Wish to learn more about transplant as a treatment option for patients
  • Want to strengthen relationships with U of Michigan Transplant Center
  • Receive copies of Explore Transplant and Explore Living Donation education to use with your patients
