Explore the Enneagram Heart Types

Join Meredith, certified health and wellness coach and Enneagram guide, for an enlightening evening delving into the profound world of the Enneagram of Personality.

The Enneagram is not just another personality typing system; it's a powerful tool to deepen your understanding of yourself and others, to break self-defeating unconscious patterns, and to foster richer relationships and a more profound connection with your true essence.

In this workshop, we will explore the heart center of intelligence (i.e. feeling and connection) and heart types—Types 2, 3, and 4. Together, we'll navigate through each type, uncovering the motivations and fears that shape behaviors and delving into practical strategies for personal growth.

To help better understand the types, this session will include "panels" for each type. In each panel, individuals who identify with that type will have the opportunity to answer questions about their personal experiences and how they relate to the type structure. Panels are an incredible way to bring the type structures to life and better see the patterns and individual variation. If you lead with Type 2, 3, or 4, there will be opportunities to join a panel.
