This tasting experience will highlight the diversity of Pennsylvania's cheesemaking and the quality of its dairy farming. Join us to savor the flavors and stories behind these remarkable cheeses, celebrating the skill and dedication of Pennsylvania's farmers.
Tasting Experience
During the tasting, participants will:
Learn about different styles of cheese.
Discover the unique characteristics of Pennsylvania's dairy farms and how they influence flavor.
Engage in a discussion about Pennsylvania's cheese industry challenges and opportunities.
You will receive:
4 Pennsylvania sheep, goat, and cow cheeses of different styles
A cheese and charcuterie board to prime the palate
Rye sourdough crackers and mineral water to cleanse the palate
All Central Wedge classes are BYOB. Can't make October 3rd? There are repeats of the class on Tuesday, November 5th and Friday, November 28 (Black Friday).
