Explore Islam: Ramadan Iftar & Lecture with Sheikh Bassam Chabban

Join us for a special evening of reflection, community, and learning during the blessed month of Ramadan. This “Explore Islam” event welcomes students, faculty, and community members of all backgrounds to experience the beauty and meaning of Islam in an open and engaging setting.

The evening will begin by a lecture from Sheikh Bassam on the significance of Ramadan, its spiritual values, and how it is observed by Muslims around the world with Iftar followed by a traditional meal to break the fast at sunset. After the talk, there will be an open Q&A session where attendees are encouraged to ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue.

Whether you are curious about Islam, interested in learning about Ramadan, or simply looking to share in a communal experience, this event is a great opportunity to connect and learn.
