This series meets on Tuesday evenings at 6PM for 5 weeks.
Discover the joy of meditation in this 5-week series as you experience five unique practices—from breath and movement to sound, candle focus, and guided visualization. Each week is designed to be fun, engaging, and enlightening, while teaching you practical skills you can take home and use anytime to feel more grounded, focused, and calm. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and an open mind.
What to Expect Each Week:
Week 1: Breath as an Anchor
Learn what meditation is (and isn’t) while experiencing a simple, supportive breath-based practice that helps steady attention and build confidence—along with an easy breath tool you can practice on your own at home.
Week 2: Meditation in Motion
Explore gentle movement and mindful walking as meditation, discovering how awareness can be cultivated through the body—not just in stillness—and how to use movement as a meditation practice in everyday life.
Week 3: Sound & Mantra Meditation
Use sound and repetition to focus the mind, quiet mental noise, and experience how rhythm and vibration can support presence and ease, with simple sound-based practices you can return to anytime.
Week 4: Fire & Candle Meditation
Practice a visually focused meditation using candlelight to build concentration, clarity, and calm through steady, gentle attention—and learn how to apply visual focus techniques on your own.
Week 5: Guided Visualization & Imagery
Experience a nature-based visualization practice that uses imagination and the senses to support relaxation, focus, and emotional balance, while learning how to guide yourself through this practice independently.​
