Hey there, kids! Come and have some adventures with Grandmothers Beth and Janice. We’ll explore common plants in Michigan that gift people with food, first aid medicine and beauty.We’ll sing 🎶, have some snacks and drinks made from the plants, take a short hike, tell stories, sing songs, color and draw.
We will meet at Galesburg City Park, 200 East Michigan, Galesburg, four times throughout the summer. Come to one gathering or come to them all!
Dates are:
May 17
June 28
July 19
August 16
Cost is:
$15 for each gathering with $30 max per family
Or $55 for the series if paid in full for one child or $110 max per family if paid in full before May 17.
We will be working with the book for kids, Wild Herbs for Little Foragers which is available for purchase the day of gathering for $12.00.
