We are grateful to welcome Sylas Sun back to Tula Yoga for another deeply grounding Experiential Breathwork journey, this time in collaboration with Lacy Graham, who will be guiding a ceremonial cacao opening.Together, Sylas and Lacy create a supportive, intentional container that blends experiential breathwork with the heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao. Their combined approach offers both depth and safety, inviting participants into a space of clarity, release, and embodied presence.
