Join Paddling Yogini LLC for Experienced PaddleFit on Sundays 3pm at Lake Sammamish State Park!
Learn advanced SUP paddling technique, turns and fitness exercises (core & plank work) on your own equipment. Get ready to paddle hard and work up a sweat on your board!
NEED TO KNOW:
Classes hosted at Lake Sammamish State Park. We will meet at LSSP Sunset Beach (the big beach near the new pavilion). Arrive 10 minutes early.
This is an intermediate/advanced level class for experienced paddlers with their own equipment. **Need your own equipment (Board, paddle, leash & PFD)**
*If you're unsure this class is right for you, contact Lindsay prior to registration*
Register at least 3 hours in advance! Book class with "Bringing Equipment" SUP Drop-in for $30 or a SUP 4 Pass $100.
Bring a towel & dress weather appropriate (layers are best).
Rain or shine we paddle (downpour/thunder/lighting, high winds/smoke WE CANCEL).
