Wondering what yoga teacher training is really like? This FREE online session gives you a sneak peak! Experience a dharma talk exploring yogic philosophy, learn about different styles of meditation, and dive into a pose clinic where we break down foundational postures—exploring anatomy, alignment, and effective cueing.
One of the lead facilitators, Bonnie Abbott (RYT-500), will guide the session and there will also be time to ask specific questions about the training. Whether you're considering teaching or simply want to deepen your practice, this is your chance to experience YTT! (current yoga teachers/recent YTT grads are also welcome to attend)
