Experience United's New Terminal B (Expression of Interest)

As a family member or friend of a United employee or Terminal B Transformation (TBT) project team member, you're invited to be among the first to experience the new Terminal B North at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

Before welcoming our first customers this October, United will conduct a series of operational trial events to test the passenger experience throughout the new terminal. These trials are a critical part of preparing Terminal B North for opening day, and we need your help!

As a volunteer, you'll act as a passenger while testing key parts of the airport experience, including wayfinding, check-in, security, gate areas, and boarding processes. Your participation will help ensure our newest terminal is ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.

Operational Test Dates

Saturday, October 3 | 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 13 | 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

This exclusive opportunity is available only to United employees, Terminal B Transformation (TBT) project team members, and their invited family members and friends. Please do not share the registration link publicly, as this invitation is intended exclusively for invited guests.
