From the towering peaks of the Jura Mountains to the awe-inspiring grandeur of Switzerland's Matterhorn, Europe's alpine region is one of the most beautiful areas in the entire world. Spanning France, Switzerland, Italy, and others, the majesty of this landscape is unmatched. Join our very own gastronomic mountaineers, Gabe and Adam, for a culinary journey through the heart of this incredible region, where tradition and flavor come together to create an iconic culinary heritage.

You'll sample various traditional dishes that make this cuisine special. From the robust, cheesy potato dishes of Switzerland to the smokey, meaty recipes of Italy's Tyrolean Alps to the unique and comforting pasta from the Savoie, this menu will be loaded with authentic recipes and ingredients that make mountain dining famous. Each dish will be served with equally magnificent mountain wines to create memorable pairings.

Throughout the class, you’ll gain insights into the history and preparation of each dish, along with tips for recreating these Alpine treasures at home. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or a curious culinary explorer, this class promises to be delicious and educational. Come experience the flavors of the Alps!

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a tasting menu, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
