With wisteria-draped trees, a canopy of stars above, and their beautiful new gong wall adding another layer of immersive sound and vibration, this space invites you to soften, slow down, and settle in.
Led by Lois Stagg of Attune Sound Therapy, this experience blends the meditative depth of yoga nidra with the healing vibrations of sound—guiding you into deep rest while gently supporting energetic release and nervous system regulation.
Come as you are, get cozy, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored. 🌙
