This nurturing workshop offers a gentle introduction to Reiki, a soothing hands-on Reiki experience, and a calming grounding meditation. Together, these practices create a supportive space to relax, reconnect, and restore balance, promoting a sense of peace and overall well-being.
During the hands-on experience, participants lay comfortably on their backs while gentle, light touch or hands placed just above the body supports deep relaxation and a sense of energetic balance.
