Is stillness empty? What is it? When in our practice we can move beyond the activity of the thinking mind, is this a void? Or perhaps a space full of energy, potential, joy?We will explore all of this, find out and question our assumptions around meditation and stillness. Each meditative pathway has its own teachings regarding the ending of the attachment to the Self.
Is this therefore taking us to a nihilistic place where nothing has meaning or purpose, where everything becomes ‘empty’? Or is this stillness, this awareness, this consciousness, full of light and wonder, bursting with potential?
This retreat will speak to you if your meditation practice is important to you and needs the
