About this Event
Expanded Funding Foundations: Building Stability Amidst Uncertainty
With the federal government highlighting the uncertainty of federal grant funding, and with shared concerns about growing rifts between income classes, development professionals across the nation are facing the same questions and uncertainties around maintaining stable funding streams while continuing to meet growing community needs.
But nonprofits cannot merely survive when community need grows. We must thrive. Our communities need higher levels of service and stronger outcomes. Fundraising strategist June Eastham will share practical strategies for analyzing your sector and building adaptive approaches that strengthen both your organization and community. Discover questions that leverage your unique strengths and enhance operations while building sustainable revenue, regardless of your sector. This workshop is designed to help local development professionals move from anxiety to action.
You will leave with these tools, immediately applicable to building organizational resilience:
- Clear frameworks for mapping funding uncertainties and opportunities
- Tools for leveraging program success to strengthen community and financial supports
- An understanding of how development staff must play a greater role within our organizations and the community
- A set of digital assessment matrices to take back to work, helping to guide you and your organization through responsive and predictive strategy building
