Why Expand Community?💕
We all walk our chosen paths— do we walk only the safe, familiar ones? What possibilities lie beyond these well-known routes? What new pathways can we try, to broaden the spectrum of our lives? Who might we meet on our way?
In 2025, some of us journeyed through all five three-day Expand workshops by Klubb Ta Plass: Pleasure, Self-Love, Play, Freedom, and Gratitude.
On Friday, December 12th, we invite you to gather for our last Expand Workshops of this year, to share and harvest insights from these experiences.

We practice using our whole bodies to express our truth—with confidence and integrity. When we meet each other this way, magic happens.

Sigrid Vik — @sigrid.vik
Sigrid founded the dance-art project TA PLASS in 2018 to help shape a better future in the wake of #MeToo.
She is trained as a dancer from Ballet Academy in Stockholm and Broadway Dance Center in New York, and as a copywriter from Westerdals.
She has performed internationally, worked as a choreographer for major productions, and built what is now Klubb TA PLASS.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies.
Her work centers on self-love, safety, confidence, and embodied empowerment.
Sigrid is dedicated to creating safe, playful, and inspiring spaces for free expression and personal growth.
She believes we all carry both wounds and enormous inner power—waiting to be unlocked through mindset and movement.

Lukasz Sabat — @lukasz.sabat

Lukasz is a musician, sound healer, and artist based in Oslo.
He uses sound as a tool for healing, helping people connect with their own energy and find balance through music.
He plays a wide range of instruments, including flutes, saxophone, and piano, and has a special passion for throat singing.
His sessions create spaces where sound and vibration support relaxation, emotional release, and deep healing.
Lukasz also incorporates DJ-ing, blending live instruments with rhythmic energy to guide participants into presence and connection.
His approach brings together intuition, tradition, and creativity in equal measure.
He is committed to helping others discover their own inner magic and unique energetic expression.
Through his music, Lukasz aims to spread high vibrational energy so people can experience the transformative power of sound and dance.

Victoria Vale — @v.i.c.vale
Victoria is a yoga teacher and student of Gestalt Therapy, exploring yoga as a path to balance, presence, and self-love.
Her teaching blends flowing vinyasa, yogic philosophy, meditative techniques, and nature-based spirituality into a holistic practice.
She believes that meeting ourselves with compassion helps cultivate a more compassionate world.
With a background in art and communication, she is deeply curious about how the stories we tell—personally and culturally—shape our reality.
Victoria encourages us to challenge limiting narratives and explore what becomes possible when we release old patterns.
She has developed several unique meditation techniques that use imagination as a tool for therapy, grounding, and transformation.
Her experience includes running the art concept Løkka-Bohemen and the club concept Raise Your Vibration.
Today she works with Klubb TA PLASS while also offering yoga and workshops for at her small farm in Møre og Romsdal.
