A fun and exciting exercise class for children ages 4-12. These classes focuses on teaching young children how to move their bodies and have fun while learning how to exercise properly. Each 1 hour class will include a warm-up, short workout, fun games and a cool down/stretch.Coached by teacher and CrossFit Kids certified Coach Kacey Morin!
Tuesdays for 6 Weeks Beginning 1/20/26.
