Welcome to the fuck you side of heels.
Exotic Hard is raw, aggressive, and physically demanding. This is not about flow or softness — it’s about power, attack, stamina, and control. Expect sharp steps, jumps, fast direction changes, and baggy clothes that move with you.
This course is an introduction to Exotic Hard: the technique, the conditioning, and a hard-hitting choreo that pushes both body and presence.
When:
📅 4 Sundays in June (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th)
⏰ 11:00 – 12:00
Over 4 weeks, you’ll train how to:
-move heavy and grounded in heels
-execute jumps, hard steps, and explosive accents
-use baggy clothing to amplify movement
-maintain attitude and control under physical load
You will sweat. This style is athletic.
Each 60-minute class is structured like this
(preliminary breakdown — timing may adjust based on the level of participants):
👟 10 min — Warm-up & prep
Joint prep, activation, and setting the body up for impact, speed, and jumps.
⚡ 15 min — Technique, conditioning & drills
Grounding, weight transfer, posture in heels, explosive footwork, jumps, stops, and level changes.
🔥 25 min — Choreo
Physically demanding Exotic Hard choreo focused on musical hits, attack, and full-body commitment.
😈 10 min — Solo time + direct feedback
Run the material full out and receive clear, direct feedback.
Practice outside class is expected.
Entry requirements:
Participants must be confident with:
-basic spins and correct arm technique
-chair spin
-straddle
✨ Bring:
Heels, kneepads, baggy clothes that allow full range of motion, and a strong mindset.
Soft is optional. Power is mandatory.
By the end of the course, you’ll understand what Exotic Hard demands — and how to deliver it with confidence and control.
