Exos Sports - Return to Play Adult Training Program

The Return to Play Program is designed for adults who are ready to get back in shape but need a safe, structured, and professional training environment to do it. Whether you’ve taken time off from training, are bouncing back from minor aches and pains, or simply want to rebuild your strength, mobility, and conditioning—this program will meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

Led by EXOS performance coaches, this small-group program focuses on rebuilding foundational strength, improving movement quality, increasing energy, and creating long-term fitness habits. Every session is scaled to your current ability level—no intimidation, just progress.

Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Location: EXOS at the William J. Hybl Sports Medicine and Performance Center
