Ai EOT yw'r llwybr cywir i chi / eich cleientiaid?

Mae Ymddiriedolaethau Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr (EOTs) wedi dod yn llwybr ymadael poblogaidd i sylfaenwyr. Fodd bynnag, mae angen cynllunio cyfreithiol ac ariannol gofalus ar EOTs i sicrhau bod y newid yn effeithiol ac yn gynaliadwy.

O ran strategaeth ymadael neu gynllunio olyniaeth, mae llawer o berchnogion busnes yn ceisio arweiniad gan eu cyfrifydd neu gynghorwyr proffesiynol eraill.

Mae Cwmpas, Darwin Gray a'r ACCA wedi trefnu'r digwyddiad rhad ac am ddim hwn i rannu mewnwelediadau ymarferol ynghylch manteision a gofynion Ymddiriedolaethau Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr (EOTs), gan roi'r wybodaeth sylfaenol i gynghorwyr a pherchnogion busnes i ystyried y llwybr cywir iddyn nhw a'u cleientiaid.

Beth sydd gennym ar y gweill?

Bydd tîm Perchnogaeth Gweithwyr Cwmpas yn rhannu mewnwelediadau ymarferol i sut y gall busnesau Cymru elwa o ddod yn eiddo i weithwyr.

Bydd arbenigwyr M&A o'r cwmni cyfreithiol Cymreig Darwin Gray yn rhannu'r ffactorau cyfreithiol a strategol allweddol y dylid eu hystyried o ran EOTs.

Yn ymuno â ni bydd panelwr o HSBC, yn ogystal â chyfrifydd lleol a fydd yn rhannu goblygiadau technegol ac ariannol EOT.

Byddwn hefyd yn clywed gan fusnes Cymreig sy'n eiddo i weithwyr am eu profiadau o berchnogaeth gweithwyr fel opsiwn olyniaeth.

Bydd Lloyd Powell, Pennaeth ACCA Cymru hefyd yn rhannu mewnwelediadau i gynghorwyr o ran cefnogi cleientiaid yn eu cynllunio olyniaeth a'u trawsnewidiad EOT.

Mae brecwast ysgafn wedi'i gynnwys, yn ogystal â chyfle i rwydweithio â busnesau a gweithwyr proffesiynol eraill.

Is an EOT the right route for you / your clients?

Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) have become a popular exit route for founders. However, EOTs require careful legal and financial planning to ensure the transition is effective and sustainable.

When it comes to an exit strategy or succession planning, many business owners seek guidance from their accountant or other professional advisors.

Cwmpas, Darwin Gray and the ACCA have designed this free event to share practical insights on the benefits and requirements of EOTs, empowering advisors and business owners with the foundations to consider the right route for them and their clients.

What do we have in store?

Cwmpas’ Employee Ownership team will share practical insights into how Welsh businesses can benefit from becoming employee owned.

M&A experts from Welsh law firm Darwin Gray will be sharing the key legal and strategic factors that should be considered when it comes to EOTs.

Joining us will be a panellist from HSBC, as well as local accountant who will share the technical and financial implications of an EOT.

We will also hear from a Welsh employee-owned business about their experiences of employee ownership as a succession option.

Lloyd Powell, Head of ACCA Cymru will also be sharing insights for advisors when it comes to supporting clients in their succession planning and EOT transition.

A light breakfast is included, as well as a chance to network with other businesses and professionals.
