Exhibitor Registration - 2025 Dubbo Region Volunteer Expo

NOTE: Members of the public and attendees don't need a ticket, you're welcome to
pop in anytime between 2pm-6pm.

You only need to register if you'd like to have a stall for your organisation.
Organisations this is your chance to showcase who you are and what you do at Dubbo's Volunteer Expo on Wednesday 21 May, 2025.

This is your opportunity to meet with people who are interested in volunteering, and share the benefits of volunteering with your organisation.

All groups are invited to host a stall from including emergency relief services, sporting clubs, community groups, creative organisations, and other not-for-profit services.

Bring your banners, flyers, contact details, and information on your organisation.

It is FREE to have a stall but you must register.

Registrations close 4 May 2025.

Schedule

1-2pm, Set up (tables will already be set up)

2-6pm, Expo open to public

6-7pm, pack down
