EXHIBITOR PAYMENT & REGISTRATION: 48th Vanderbilt Sisson-Ossoff 2027

Welcome to the payment and registration page for industry exhibitors supporting the 2027 Vanderbilt Sisson-Ossoff Otolaryngology symposium! Thank you once again for your support. From this page, you may pay your full exhibitor fee via credit card and also register your company representative(s) who will be attending the meeting.

*There is a 3.5% processing fee to pay your exhibitor fee via credit card.*

REGISTRATION

Each exhibit comes with TWO (2) complimentary registrations. Additional representatives (3+) must register at the regular conference attendance rate. Attendance may be split between representatives throughout the week (i.e. 2 representatives attend Sunday-Tuesday, and then switch with 2 different representatives Wednesday-Friday, all of which can be complimentarily registered).

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

There is a block of rooms reserved at The Lodge at Vail until Monday, December 28, 2026, or until the block is full (whichever comes first).

To make a reservation:

1. Please call the dedicated group reservations line: 855-953-0197 which is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST.
2. Reference the group name (Vanderbilt Sisson Otolaryngology Symposia 2027) and/or group code BVLVAN27
3. Should you acquire a room outside the block (in the event of an upgraded room, the block is full and you find space elsewhere within the property, etc.) please reference code SVLVBT27.

*PLEASE NOTE: The room block is expected to fill to capacity by the Fall. We encourage booking as early as possible.
