Exhibition: Wanderings in Ink & Line: A Travel Sketches of China heritage
About this Event
Step into the atmospheric, fleeting moments of Chinese urban life and traditional architecture through Wanderings in Ink & Line, a solo travel sketch exhibition by Chinese artist Min Lai.
Travel sketches carry a raw, immediate charm. They capture the fleeting temperature, light, and emotional flow of a single moment in time. Unfolding like a visual travelogue, this exhibition invites you to experience China through the spontaneous gaze of a wanderer, tracing the harmony between living heritage, intimate spaces, and historic architecture.
About the artist:
Min Lai is an artist, educator, and founder of Hangzhou LIVE ART Children's Education Centre. A China Academy of Art graduate, her work captures authentic encounters with urban landscapes worldwide. Min uses fluid lines and sensitive colour palettes to record the harmony between living heritage, daily life, and the warmth of a fleeting moment.
