"My mixed media works confront contemporary climate anxieties while celebrating the allure of the natural world, serving as a mirror to our multifaceted and conflicting emotional responses to our climate crisis. To begin with, I work intuitively; playing with combinations of colors and textures until the painting nudges me, and reminds me of a feeling, a place, a poem.
My paintings reflect my emotional connection to the beauty and mystery of nature that surrounds me.

These “etherial floatoids” hover in space between the weightiness of fleshy existence and transcendence of mind and matter. The public is welcomed to an opening reception May 7, 2026, from 6 - 8 p.m. with the exhibition on display through July 1, 2026.
