Exhibition, Lunch & Somatic Exploration Berlin

Nourish & Connect is a collaborative project by Loredana, a body therapist working with somatic practices and embodied awareness, and Arisona, a private chef and host. Rooted in a shared passion for meaningful connection, the project brings together food, presence and embodied experience in a grounded and intuitive way.

As part of Olivia Acar’s Open Studio Exhibition, Nourish & Connect invites guests to a guided somatic exploration of the art space followed by a lunch . Rather than focusing solely on observing the artworks, participants are gently invited to explore how art can be experienced through the body, the senses and the quality of presence.

Through simple, accessible somatic invitations, participants are supported in slowing down, deepening their perception and becoming aware of how they relate to the space, the artworks and each other. The shared meal serves as a moment of nourishment and connection, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for exchange and reflection.

This experience is for anyone curious about alternative ways of engaging with art, who values presence, depth and connection, and who is open to using the body as a doorway to perception and relationship. No prior experience with somatic practices is required.
