Feel free to bring your crystals and extra water bottles to charge up!Join us for a powerful evening of release as you exhale and expand into your being. Rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit, letting go of any tension and stress, coming back to center as you bathe in the healing sounds and vibrations of the gongs and crystal bowls.

In the first part of the sound immersion, the gongs will carry us into a relaxing, meditative journey. In the second half of the sound immersion, the crystal bowls will rebalance and align the chakras. Reiki will be provided during the evening also to help restore physical and emotional balance.
It is in the cells of the body that we hold the emotional wounds and traumas of our lives and the function of energy healing is to excavate, release, refresh and renew.
By clearing blockages and releasing these painful experiences we make room for LIGHT, creating healing, and higher vibration and frequency within. Which allows more freedom and authenticity in our lives! During each session, we will set intentions to manifest desired outcomes.
Resting comfortably in a crystalline sound warp, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing, revelations, and magic can happen.
Everyone gets a free vibrational gift and a complimentary Tuning Fork Mini Treatment before the immersion and also a crystal pyramid mini attunement after the immersion! Please arrive approximately 10 minutes earlier to receive your tuning fork mini attunement.

Diana J Donofrio, is a 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She is also certified in Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Diana is a sound practitioner trained on Crystal Sound Bowls and Gongs. Diana completed Sound Healing Certification Level 1 with My Vinyasa Practice and Crystal Bowl training with Michelle Bunting.
