Exeter NH Holiday Parade Holiday Craft Fair - 2024

We are soliciting for crafters/artisans to sell their wares at the fair. This is for vendor registration only, the craft fair is a FREE EVENT for visitors/shoppers.

This is a craft fair and is marketed as such, given this direct sales(Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.), authors, and food vendors are not eligible to participate.

The craft fair will be on both floors of the Historic Exeter Town Hall. There is an elevator for vendors on the 2nd floor. Parade volunteers will be on hand during set-up and break-down to assist the crafters/artisans as needed. The first floor is a wide-open space, the second floor has partitions which is perfect for those wanting to hang items to display. The first floor can get cold as the front doors will be open; if that is a concern for you, please consider a second floor space where it is typically sunny and warm.

Tables are not guaranteed. Chairs are available to use.

Vendors will temporarily park at Exeter Town Hall, unload, and then relocate their vehicles to the Town's municipal parking lot which is just one block away. We're in the heart of downtown Exeter and there will be significant foot traffic at this event.

Parade volunteers will be on hand during the event to assist you as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Crafters/artisans are not allowed to leave the venue early. You may begin packing up early, but you will not be allowed to move your wares until the fair ends at 3:00pm. If you leave early, you may not be invited back for future shows.
