Exeter Life Drawing *FOUR HOUR FRIDAY* (Oct 2nd)
About this Event
What? A FOUR HOUR daytime life drawing class, in person, drawing from a nude model. No-one is teaching, you can just draw or paint however you wish, and however you feel comfortable. Poses will range from quick warm-ups (1 minute, 5 minute) up to a much longer 2 or even 3 hour pose.
We will have short breaks throughout, and a longer 30 minute break in the middle (please bring your own lunch!) Tea, coffee & biscuits are provided.
Where? The top floor of the Cygnet Theatre, Friars' Gate, Exeter, EX2 4AZ, (next to the Quayside). There is some metred on-street parking, and nearby car parks at Magdalen Street Car Park and the Cathedral & Quay Multistorey. It's very walkable from the city centre and public transport routes.
When? Friday 2nd October, 10am-2pm. Please arrive to have yourself set up and ready to draw by 9:55am. You can ring the bell or give me a call if you're stuck outside.
What do I need to bring? A sketchbook/paper and drawing equipment (anything from a simple perncil to paints welcome!) Easels welcome (we only have two on site) Chairs are supplied.
Who is welcome? Anyone! From complete beginner, to experienced artist. It doesn't matter if you've never even drawn before, just come and have a go! Classes are super friendly and there is no requirement to show your work.
