Join Exeter Parks & Recreation and the Exeter community for a fun-filled Halloween celebration! Kick off the festivities with the annual Costume Contest at 10:30 AM, followed by the Halloween Parade at 11:00 AM. After the parade, families are invited to enjoy Downtown Trick-or-Treating from 12:00–3:00 PM at participating local businesses.
