Exeter Athletic RFC - Train Like a Chief

Age group(s)- U6 – U14 (As of September 1st, 2025)
Duration- 1 Day (9.30am-3.00pm)
Cost: £32.50
Due to it being outside of the regular rugby season, this will be a non-contact camp. However, we will cover a range of skills, breaking down the technique before we put this into conditioned games.
Attendees will require:
• Full training kit
• Appropriate footwear (plastic or short studded boots advised)
• Trainers if prone to blisters
• Plenty of water/juice
• Packed lunch
• Weather appropriate protection (sun cream/waterproofs)
