*EXCURSION REPORT TO FIRE SERVICE STATION – IJEDE*
On the 11th of December, 2025, pupils of De-Barms School embarked on an educational excursion to the *Ijede Fire Service Station* as part of their safety and civic learning exposure.
The students were warmly received by the fire service officers, who educated them on the importance of fire safety, emergency response, and how firefighting equipment works. The highlight of the visit was a practical demonstration where students were allowed to wear actual firefighting gear and see the fire truck equipment.
One of our pupils, dressed fully in safety gear, got a close-up experience of what it means to be a firefighter. It was an exciting and memorable learning opportunity for all.
We appreciate the support of the Fire Service team and our staff who helped coordinate the trip successfully.
