How to Join:

• Attendees MUST be present for the fit session and class
• RSVP to the event by September 20th
• Select one top and one bottom from the below selects:
• Sculpt 7/8 Legging or Capri
• Sculpt Cami, Deep Breath Bra, or Adjustable Bra

• Please arrive at 8:30 am sharp to receive your complimentary prAna Sculpt™ set and participate in a special fit session before class begins
• IMPORTANT: If you RSVP and cannot make the class for any reason, please cancel the reservation so another yogi can take the limited slot!

Fit Session and Class Information:

• Fit Session = 60 MIN
• Yoga Sculpt = 60 MIN | ALL LEVELS
• Yoga Sculpt combines the meditative and mental components of yoga postures with cardio, and strength training to create a full-body workout.
• This is a donation-based class with a suggested sliding scale donation of $5 to $15 on-site. Proceeds will support a local non-profit organization.

About the Instructor:

Tessa Tovar is an experienced and highly trained yoga instructor, certified as an E-RYT 500 with over 1,000 hours of training and teaching experience. Her teaching style is rooted in the principles of Hatha yoga, emphasizing alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Tessa's gentle and supportive approach makes her classes accessible to students of all levels, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and welcoming space for students to explore their practice and connect with their bodies.
