Exclusive Members' Event at Rutland Water Nature Reserve - Morning Session

As a valued member, you're invited to join us for a special event at Rutland Water Nature Reserve as part of our 70th anniversary celebrations.

This is a wonderful opportunity to discover more about the work your support makes possible and gain a behind-the-scenes insight into how we're helping nature recover across Leicestershire and Rutland.

You'll be welcomed to our Volunteer Training Centre with complimentary tea, coffee and refreshments before enjoying an engaging presentation about our conservation work, exciting projects and plans for the future. There will also be an opportunity to meet members of our team, including reserve staff, and ask any questions you may have.

During your visit, you're also welcome to spend time in our Lagoon Room, an upstairs viewing room with stunning panoramic views across Rutland Water Nature Reserve. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery and wildlife.

For those who would like to explore further, there will also be an optional guided walk led by our knowledgeable staff. This exclusive walk will take you into areas of the nature reserve that are not normally open to the public, offering a unique opportunity to experience the reserve and discover more about the wildlife that calls it home.

Throughout the event, you'll have plenty of time to chat with the team and fellow members, share your passion for wildlife, and find out more about the many ways you can get involved with the Trust.
