This ceremony offers a chance to connect with this sacred medicine, sourced directly from the Kuntanwa Tribe of Acre, Brazil, renowned for their high-quality Hapé and commitment to protecting the Rainforest and raising awareness of this mission globally. Hapé and related supplies will also be available for purchase, allowing you to continue your journey with this ancient tool.

Hapé (pronounced hah-pay) is a shamanic snuff made up of finely ground medicinal plants from the Amazon rainforest region. Often with a Tobacco base, there are many different blends of Hapé containing anything from tree bark to herbs to flowers and ash, and the snuff is blown up your nose for the benefit it brings such as clearing the mind and grounding the body, opening the physical and spiritual senses of awareness, and dispersing any stuckness around one’s being.

The vast majority of Hapé is non-psychoactive but can induce general meditative states, along with a profound sense of earth-connection and embodiment, presence, and ease. Very gentle and non-committal in terms of medicine options, this is a great place to start for those who want to explore this world but may only want to stick their toe in, or otherwise for people who want to ground and connect after more intense medicinal experiences.

Hapé also serves as a powerful enhancement to any kind of healing work or therapy generally, as it is an ideal tool for integration and processing of whatever is "up" for you at the moment when you engage.

Temple of the Sacred Womb is a private medicine church and tribal society in the Austin, TX area. Astra Cristos, co-founder of the Temple of the Sacred Womb in Buda, TX, holds 15 years of experience in marketing, community building, and event production. Her transformative journey with Ayahuasca, starting eight years ago, led her to profound self-discovery and life purpose. Despite initial reluctance, Astra naturally embraces a public leadership role. Wearing multiple hats as an organizer, artist, music curator, and medicine woman, Astra fosters community connections with sincerity. Clementine Kruczynski is an autistic artist, longtime entrepreneur, and community builder having started her first business at age 20 as a Feng Shui consultant (Founder of Clempossible, Inc) and her first community work in 2013 as an organizer of the arts (formerly the Vice President of Raw Paw, LLC). Her first major psychedelic experience occurred at age 15, inciting her curiosity further for the beyond and inviting her deeper into her purpose of “not fitting into the world in order to create a new one.” Along her journey she has been offered personal mentorships under a half dozen high-profile business owners and elders and she has appeared on the cover of the Austin Chronicle, won an Austin Music Award, and been celebrated in many various ways for her community efforts.
