Join Chef Xavier for an intimate four-course plant-based dining experience where culinary craft meets intention. Each course highlights exclusive ingredients and thoughtful flavor pairings prepared with patience, skill, and honest techniques. No shortcuts, only craft.

The evening begins with Chickpea Tuna Tartare, followed by a second course of Burro Pumpkin Fritters, a Pine Nut Crusted Maitake Cutlet, and ending with a Blackberry Fig Cheesecake. This menu has been crafted with care by Chef Xavier, and is being served exclusively at Brooklyn Roots Collective for one night only. All courses are vegan, but allergies and substitutions cannot be accomodated during this event.

Cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine will be provided by Brooklyn Roots Collective, and available to order directly from the bar before, during, and after your meal. Guests are also welcome to arrive early to shop the secondhand and sustainable market, and stay late into the night, enjoying music provided by our in-house DJ. All ages are welcome for the dinner, guests must be at least 21 years old to order beverages containing alcohol, and to remain in the venue past 10 PM.
