We have a true heart for Business as Missions (BAM) and launched the planning for Excellence in Leadership in late 2023 to provide an opportunity for business leaders from all walks of life to come at Bethany to network, connect, learn new skills, and be empowered to live out their God-given purpose.

🏆 Honored as the SBA 2024 Women in Business Champion of the Year, De'Vonna is passionate about empowering women and redefining beauty! As the visionary behind Nature's Syrup Beauty, she has translated her journey into a brand that embodies the needs of those with textured or curly hair. Born from years of crafting recipes in her own kitchen, Nature's Syrup Beauty's mission is to nurture and understand textured hair through the creation of safe and effective products that are now sold on Amazon, Macy's, and several other national retailers!

De'Vonna plans to share her challenging childhood and how faith helped her overcome adversity. She hopes to reveal God's love and illustrate how faith has been the cornerstone of her life, leading her to a place where she can now empower youth and give back to her community.

Dr. David Hasz leads Bethany, an organization dedicated to shaping the leaders of tomorrow. Drawing parallels between leadership principles and personal challenges, he will guide us through impactful leadership strategies while emphasizing the importance of leaning on God for direction and wisdom.

• 6:45 am - 7:00 am: De'Vonna Pittman will speak on redefining business success through her own story of faith as a cornerstone of her life and her ability to inspire the next generation.
• 7:00 am - 7:15 am: Interactive Discussion Session
• 7:15 am - 7:30 am: Dr. David Hasz will unveil leadership insights and leave you with one actionable step to take with you.
• 7:30 am - 8:00 am: Optional natural lotion/soap making experience (Located outside the Welcome Center)
