About this Event
Step into the spotlight at Barbican Theatre with our Adults Acting Courses, designed for people who want to grow, express themselves, and connect with others in a creative environment.
Tuesdays, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Ages 18+
EXCELerate is a weekly training programme for adults with previous acting experience who are ready to develop their performance skills to a more advanced level. Whether you're returning to the stage or preparing for professional opportunities, EXCELerate provides structured, high-quality training in a focused, ensemble setting.
Participants will take part in a short introductory workshop to ensure the right fit for the group.
What You Can Expect:
- Advanced Performance Technique: Explore voice, movement, and character work.
- Professional Practice: Develop rehearsal discipline, ensemble awareness, and confidence.
- Creative Development: Work on scenes, devising, and performance outcomes.
